Construction is now complete on our house raise and build in underneath project in Coorparoo.  The house has been raised and both front and back decks removed.  The new ground level now has a dedicated family level with open plan kitchen, living and lounge opening onto a large deck and back yard. A rumpus room, laundry, bathroom and private study will give this family much needed additional space. The upper floor has retained the original bedrooms with an ensuite added for the master bedroom.  The old kitchen was removed and remodeled and this space is now another living area.   The owners have created a beautiful Hamptons feel to their interiors and we were so pleased to finish this beautiful home in time for Christmas.
