Project Ryans
This renovation has now been complete with the external painting now underway as an extra item for our client. We have really enjoyed restoring this beautiful old Queenslander to her former glory. The house has been lifted to make way for a new ground floor consisting of two bedrooms, large family bathroom, laundry and rumpus room. A wetbar opening on to the oversized patio is going to be an entertainers dream. Upstairs has been renovated with a new deck added. An internal remodel has created a beautiful master suite, separate living and dining and a large walk in pantry. Keeping the original facade was important to our clients so we have reused and restored some beautiful timber windows and ornate feature where we could.
