Construction is now underway on our house raise and build in underneath project in Yeronga. This beautiful old home will be receiving a complete makeover while retaining her Queenslander facade and features. The current four bedroom house will have the rear deck and bedroom demolished and house raised into its new position to allow for three meter high ceilings on the new ground floor. The existing kitchen on the upper floor will be transformed into a bedroom with private ensuite and a master bedroom suite added onto the back of the home.  The rest of this floor will receive a cosmetic makeover. The new lower floor will feature a large open plan kitchen with butlers pantry and dry store and an open plan living and dining rooms that open onto a huge deck.  There is also a powder room, additional bathroom, home office and new front terrace. There will also be a single lock up garage as well as an oversized carport with room for the car and boat.  This is a large renovation and we can’t wait to show it off towards the end of April 2018.
