Construction is now underway on our house raise and build in underneath project in The Grange. The house will be completely transformed with a full internal and external remodel, house raise and build in under. The existing three bedroom house will be turned into a six bedroom home with three bathrooms. The new ground level will feature polished concrete floors with modern industrial style features. Large open kitchen with spacious butlers pantry opening on to the open plan meals, dining and living area. A large alfresco area opens up on to the backyard from the meals and dining area. A guest bedroom and bathroom as well as a master bedroom suite complete the ground floor. The upper floor will be reconfigured to make four bedrooms, retreat and a very spacious family bathroom. Due from completion in March 2018, we are very excited to share the transformation of this beautiful project.
