Project Bell

Recently completed in March 2020, this full internal remodel included a new kitchen, butlers pantry, ensuite, study, wine cellar, master bathroom and staircase.  Using just the existing foot print of the house the space was reconfigured to suit the changing needs of the client.  All internal finishes were updated and extensive custom cabinetry installed.

BEFORE AND AFTER TRANSFORMATIONS

I first spoke with Melissa on the phone and she arranged for Wade to come and meet with me and my partner on site the following day. Meeting Wade we immediately felt at ease with our home renovation. Wade went through the plans with us and even though we had changes to be made, Wade made it seem like it was “too easy”!

Our building project was large. It was a full raise, restump, build in under and reconfigure upstairs. While it was a long adventure, Wade made sure he kept in contact with us very regularly both via phone, email and through an app. Photos, and unforeseen problems (boards eaten our by whiteants that no one could know about until the walls and floor tiles came off) that come up along the way, were easily resolved with options of how to fix provided.

A professional group of builders and tradies who were respectful of our home and us as clients. We would hire Emwinn for our next reno without any hesitation.
