After 13 years of building and renovating family homes, we wanted to change our name to capture what we stand for by reflecting the
family behind our business.
As a licenced carpenter, Wade became a licenced builder in 2007 and started his own business which consisted of Investwell Developments
and Investwell Properties. The company had both a development arm and real estate arm which formed Investwell Group.
In 2011 Wade switched his focus from developments to residential home construction for home owners and has experience in both
large scale renovations and custom new homes.
After completing multiple renovations for his own family, Wade experienced the everyday impacts of building first hand and understands
that whilst building is an exciting experience it can also become stressful and confusing when building or renovating for the first time.
Wade has developed a passion to deliver stress free quality homes to families like his own, achieving this through honesty and transparency.
Emwinn now focuses solely on providing refined personal custom builds and renovations.
To reflect the role Wades family has had in shaping his business, the new name Emwinn Constructions has been formed by combining the names of
his two daughters Emmalin and Winnie.
Emwinn is still the same dependable builder delivering quality homes from our family to yours.
